Terms & Conditions


1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By using this Property Evaluation Mobile App (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

    • 2. Scope of App Services

  • Buyer agrees that all Purchase Orders accepted by Seller shall automatically become non-cancellable within [Number of Days] days before the ship date specified by Seller, and shall not thereafter be canceled except through a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of the Seller.

    • 3. Purchase Order

    The App is provided to help users record and manage property details, branch assignments, site visits, and field reports. The services offered include:
  • 1. Property data entry and updates
  • 2. Branch-wise visit tracking
  • 3. Field report submission
  • 4. Photo and document uploads

    • These services will be enabled according to your role and permissions.

    Please Note: All Purchase Orders contain the terms and conditions of the Agreement. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between a Purchase Order and the Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Agreement shall hold more weightage, unless specifically agreed upon by both parties.

    4. Supply of Goods and Inspection

  • In the event where the Buyer’s representative fails to inspect the goods on the due date, the Seller shall perform the said test or inspection and the goods shall be deemed to be automatically accepted. If the performance figures so obtained on any such test are outside the limits specified, the Buyer is entitled to reject the goods. The goods shall be manufactured according to Sellers’ standard procedures including careful inspection; and wherever practicable, shall go through Seller’s standard tests before despatch. The Seller shall invite the Buyer to witness contracted tests or any specific test, giving a minimum of [Number of Days] days written notice.

    • 5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, code, designs, and data provided through the App are owned by the App developer or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for its intended business purposes.
